The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of the human resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and payroll management.
  • Assist the reporting manager in initiating strategic HR activities, including employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate HR policies and procedures clearly.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is desirable.
  • Proven experience in human resources roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar HR Executive position.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and payroll management.
Qualities and Skills:

You should be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with time sheet management and handling overtime calculations.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors related to HR services, such as insurance providers, HR software, and employee engagement vendors.
