Financial Leadership Role

  1. Direct the accounts payable department and its personnel to ensure efficient financial operations.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting.
  3. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures while promoting timely and accurate financial performance.
  4. Manage accounts payable and financial obligations effectively.
  5. Oversee tax-related processes and collaborate with tax professionals to guarantee proper tax withholding and clearance in accounting systems.
  6. Analyze and track company expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as needed for supervisory purposes.
  7. Coordinate all payment transactions.
  8. Monitor transaction progress within the organization and with external vendors and contractors.
  9. Develop standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and create reusable templates for internal use.
  10. Promote customer satisfaction through responsive communication and prompt resolution of queries.
  11. Reduce payable aging by optimizing systems and enforcing policy compliance.
  12. Minimize advances in aging by ensuring timely submission of bills of adjustment after audits.
  13. Address each query efficiently within a reasonable timeframe.
