Technical Solutions Architect

We are seeking a technically proficient and client-facing Pre-Sales / Solutions Architect to join our software development team. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery by providing consultative support during the sales process, designing tailored solutions, and translating client requirements into scalable architectures.

The candidate will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft and present software solutions that address customer challenges, align with strategic goals, and demonstrate the company's capabilities.

This includes:
  • Understanding client needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Converting business requirements into technical solutions, system architectures, and implementation strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Leading technical discussions with clients and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
  • Defining solution scope, technical architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Supporting estimation, planning, and resourcing in coordination with engineering leads.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure solutions align with delivery capabilities.
  • Staying informed on technology trends, industry standards, and competitive offerings to guide product and solution development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software architecture, pre-sales engineering, or solution consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns (microservices, cloud-native, APIs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create solution diagrams, technical documentation, and effort estimates.
  • Experience working with global clients in client-facing roles.
