This role is for a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional client support and be the face of our organization.
- Provide top-notch client support via phone, email, and other mediums.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our tools, data, and industries.
- Work collaboratively with product teams to ensure timely and thorough testing of our products.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Succinct communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Candidates with previous experience in a client support role, familiarity with business intelligence tools, and experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) are highly preferred.
