
Sales Growth Executive

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to lead our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team to identify and evaluate new market opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to assess market trends and identify potential clients for growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in line with business objectives.
- Diligently pursue profitable business leads and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through exceptional client connection and service skills.
- Lead the team to deliver outstanding presentations that capture new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, be able to think strategically, and have a deep understanding of sales dynamics and customer needs.
- A minimum of one year's experience in sales/business development with a proven track record of developing new businesses.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage and persuade clients.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A genuine passion for sales and drive to succeed in achieving targets.
