This is a Full-time, onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our managerial and documentation operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and format official documents and certificates.
- Support the manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify documents.
- Perform other office-related tasks as required by management.
Requirement
- 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of documentation tools
- Familiarity with CRM system is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
