Key Human Resources Role

Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Selection:
    Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to making job offers, ensuring the right talent joins our organization.
    Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
    Utilize diverse recruitment channels to attract top candidates.
  2. Onboarding:
    Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering a positive start to their journey.
    Deliver engaging orientation sessions and prepare comprehensive onboarding materials.
    Assist in preparing employment contracts and relevant documents.
  3. Employee Relations:
    Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and empathetic support.
    Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
    Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  4. Performance Management:
    Support the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes, helping employees grow and develop.
    Contribute to setting performance goals and conducting constructive performance reviews.
    Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance:
    Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
    Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and recommend necessary policy updates.
  6. HR Reporting and Data Management:
    Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    Generate insightful HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
    Maintain the security and integrity of HR data.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
At least 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is vital for success.
