About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, and navigating our website, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries in a friendly and approachable tone.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and update our website content as required, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in food chain, e-commerce, logistics, or domestic call center industry.
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, chat support, and email management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
