Facilities Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Manager position involves overseeing the maintenance of facilities to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
This role is responsible for managing a team of maintenance professionals to achieve optimal equipment availability, efficiency, and safety while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of maintenance engineers to deliver exceptional results through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance scheduling and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce best practices in maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in maintenance management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
