International Sales and Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are a leading IT services company seeking an experienced sales and marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying and connecting with potential clients in international markets, communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions, and presenting and promoting our IT services to clearly explain the value and benefits to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in international markets (USA, UK, UAE, etc.)
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, Zoom, or LinkedIn to understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Promote our IT services to clearly explain the value and benefits to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, turning leads into long-term business partners
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and service packages
  • Stay updated with global market trends and suggest improvements to enhance marketing and sales efforts
  • Meet sales targets by actively following up with prospects and closing deals
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years experience in sales/marketing for IT services (international experience is a plus point)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Familiar with digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT services (web/app/cloud) preferred
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident in closing deals
