Job Overview

The Creator Acquisition and Partnerships Lead will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with top-tier creators to drive growth on our AI-generated content platform.

This leadership role offers significant autonomy and influence over the creator ecosystem, positioning you to join the company's senior executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to recruit and onboard AI-native creators
  • Lead personalized outreach campaigns to establish meaningful relationships with top creators
  • Design and implement systems to track and manage creator outreach, onboarding, and engagement
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for creator success and platform contribution
  • Build and lead a team responsible for recruitment, success management, and operations
  • Advocate for creators by feeding their needs and insights into product development
  • Manage onboarding pipelines and drive growth in creator activity and retention
  • Collaborate with the Community team to align creator engagement with community momentum
  • Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and content monetization pathways
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, talent acquisition, or digital creator ecosystems
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful creator relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
