HR Operations Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining staff records in Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
You will verify all documents submitted by employees, recover missing documents through follow-up calls, and prepare daily activity reports as assigned by management or supervisors.
In addition, you will assist with interviewing shortlisted candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide client feedback on selected candidates.
If required, you will independently manage HR operational tasks while supervisors are away. You will also resolve employee queries, prepare reports, and address client inquiries.

Key Requirements:
We seek an individual with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is desirable. The ideal candidate should have the potential to grow and lead a team of HR professionals, with command over English and Urdu languages.
This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with employees and clients, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate initiative in resolving queries and managing tasks.
