Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Management Executive to lead our sales operations and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and management, with a strong understanding of telecom and IT services.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • MBA/BBA degree from a recognized university.
    • Proven sales experience of 3-4 years in telecom and/or IT services in the corporate sector.
    • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills are desirable.
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of telecom and IT services, including DSL and FTTU triple play services.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
