Sales Development Representative
About the Role:This position focuses on spearheading top-of-funnel outbound activities, encompassing prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities:- Prospect identification through lead generation and cold calling initiatives
- Email marketing and LinkedIn outreach to foster relationships with key decision-makers
- Achieving a minimum of 12 qualified appointments per month for a high-growth MSP
- At least two years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead-generation
- Demonstrated success in booking qualified meetings within the US market
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident phone presence
- A track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets in remote sales environments
- Competitive base salary: USD 650 - 1,100 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
- Direct placement with the client – no agency bench time, full integration into their sales team
- Uncapped commissions via the incentive structure above, paid monthly
