Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to fill the role of Area Supervisor in Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local market trends and the ability to develop innovative strategies that drive sales growth across multiple areas.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can exceed sales targets and profit margins through creative approaches. Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with key clients and expanding our customer base through networking and proactive outreach.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales management experience, preferably in the financial sector. We require a dynamic and proactive individual who can lead a sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Counsel and motivate your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and provide guidance for improvement.
  2. Create detailed sales reports and present them to the team, outlining sales efforts, progress, and sales volume to determine future goals.
  3. Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to drive business growth.
  4. Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  5. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads.
  6. Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrates good organization and time management skills.
  • Possesses a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
