Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are currently hiring for a Regional Sales Manager role, responsible for overseeing distributors and trade in the designated territory to ensure effective distribution operations and deliver sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the world of sales and help drive meaningful change through Unilever's purposeful growth and digital transformation agenda.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive business growth by achieving underlying volume/sales targets.

  2. Improve competitive visibility in stores.

  3. Coordinate distributor/customer operational plans/executions.

  4. Negotiate joint business planning with customers.

  5. Plan and manage eRTM, build optimized routes for DSRs.

  6. Support digital transformation strategy for the territory.

  7. Develop acumen for financial matrices – business profitability/gross margin.

  8. Lead and drive an extended team – build teams and develop talent.

  9. Be accountable for upholding business KPIs.

  10. Redefine processes post-execution analysis with strong analytical skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG.
  • Adept at customer relationship management.
  • Well-equipped with fundamental selling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Strong quantitative and numerical aptitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
