Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and identifying new market opportunities. Your leadership skills and expertise in sales strategy will help shape the direction of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can lead our sales team in the following key areas:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Managing a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
  4. Ensuring accurate sales records and up-to-date data on sales and booking numbers.
  5. Driving and motivating the team to reach sales targets.
  6. Monitoring and tracking field visits and collecting updates from team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven success in sales with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Expertise in the EV industry and its trends.
  • Leadership experience in team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
