Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator Role

Muslim Hands is an international aid agency dedicated to tackling the root causes of poverty and supporting communities for long-term development.

The Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator will oversee project monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring accountability and learning across all programmatic activities.

This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience in developing M&E frameworks, and proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting methods.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement M&E frameworks that meet donor requirements
  • Conduct field visits to gather relevant data
  • Compile comprehensive reports and ensure compliance with donor regulations
  • Facilitate learning sessions to share best practices and lessons learned
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and partners to enhance project impact and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Statistics; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in conducting field visits, community engagement, and participatory evaluation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time on-site position based in Islamabad
  • Frequent travel within the region is required
