Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts, identify new opportunities, and leverage existing networks to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

About This Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, excellent networking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer trends to inform business decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure continued growth and expansion.
  • Meet or exceed sales and business development targets by identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing networks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 30-50 years of age.
  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience (food industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer applications.
  • Personal transportation required.

Working Hours: Flexible scheduling is required due to 24/7 operations. The working hours will be determined based on the availability of the selected candidate.
