Job Overview:

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore additional growth opportunities.
  • Manage accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for success.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is vital.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is necessary.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
