Business Operations Specialist Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless workflow, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to strict quality control measures.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage shift schedules to meet business needs, taking into account employee vacation time, breaks, and overtime requirements.
  2. Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure adequate staffing levels, while fostering effective communication among team members.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Admin/Operation roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, as occasional travel may be required.
