Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and providing support to employees.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on IT recruitment. They will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing job postings and sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new hires.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for enforcing HR policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, and providing training and awareness sessions to staff and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT recruitment.
