About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This role will involve providing technical assistance and analytical support to our projects, with a focus on health financing and strategic purchasing.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, research capacity, and the ability to effectively synthesize and visualize findings. They will also be able to translate messages for various audiences, draft concept notes and reports, and provide program coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data or clean up data for qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Conduct systematic literature review, source data, and information on relevant technical and policy issues.
  • Support and develop concept notes, policy briefs, report, analysis as and when required.
  • Draft or revise sections of reports and coordinate team member input.
  • Organize and manage version control for project documents.

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc and 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in a management consulting firm, bilateral or multilateral development agency, and/or international non-governmental organization preferably in Pakistan.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; proficiency in statistical analysis packages (e.g., STATA) is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
