Job Title: Business Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist to join our team and provide administrative support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive company calendar, scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business administration or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with office management software, particularly MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Strong organizational skills, with a problem-solving attitude and approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
