As a Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between restaurant owners and digital growth.

Your mission is to engage, convert, and scale with warm leads, cold outreach, and inbound interest.

You'll work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls, discovery sessions, and close high-ticket clients in the restaurant industry.
  • Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, automation tools, and review systems.
  • Understand client goals and build tailored solutions, leveraging the service stack.
  • Create or walk through growth model examples – outlining strategy, execution, and tangible results.
  • Maintain a clean CRM, track sales activity, and report metrics weekly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency, preferably in a client-facing or sales role.
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, automation tools (e.g., GHL, Zapier, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to present real-world growth case studies – idea → implementation → measurable achievement.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, marketing metrics, and conversion principles.
  • Evidence of earnings, past sales figures, and achievement stats required.
  • Experience selling to or working with clients in Australia, USA, UK, or Canada.

  • A portfolio of client wins or a sales video explaining your process.
  • Close rate stats or a strong record of sales conversion from previous roles.
  • Prior experience targeting the restaurant industry.
