
Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative business development professional to support our contracting efforts. In this role, you will be assigned specific contract opportunities and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution process, including sourcing qualified subcontractors, developing bid documentation, and coordinating with government officials.
This is a remote position, ideal for someone who understands the U.S. federal procurement process and has strong relationship-building and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review assigned federal contract opportunities (RFQs/RFPs) and analyze project requirements.
- Source, vet, and build rapport with subcontractors and vendors relevant to each project.
- Prepare and customize Scope of Work (SOW) documents tailored to subcontractor capabilities.
- Coordinate and gather necessary documents from subcontractors such as pricing, licenses, insurance, and certifications.
- Draft or assist in drafting bid proposals, compliance documents, and submission packages.
- Act as a liaison between the company, subcontractors, and government contracting officers or agency representatives to clarify project scope, expectations, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, correspondence, and subcontractor performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, contract administration, or subcontractor management, preferably within U.S. federal contracting.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting terms, compliance needs, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple parties simultaneously.
