Full-Time Proposal & Bidding Specialist

Key responsibilities of this role include identifying suitable job opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals and cover letters to maximize win rates, managing and growing the Upwork profile, and building lasting client relationships.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can leverage their knowledge of improving Job Success Score, ratings, client feedback, and responsiveness to optimize our Upwork presence.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in writing clear, tailored, and persuasive proposals that resonate with clients.
  • Ability to identify and qualify high-potential job leads and position offers to convert leads into successful projects.
  • Strong sales mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Knowledge of Upwork's interface, policies, bidding system, and algorithm is essential.
  • Previous experience as a freelancer on Upwork or similar platforms with a proven track record of securing projects through compelling proposals is desired.
