German Language Bid Proposal Specialist

Seeking a seasoned bid expert to manage German-language proposals for services businesses across DACH regions and the UK.
About the Role- Coordinate and develop winning bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements in an international environment.
- Continuously track and evaluate incoming bid opportunities in target markets.
- Lead the full bid lifecycle for non Scandinavian opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and tender responses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Finance) to gather required content and align on delivery strategy.
- Translate or draft bid content in fluent German and English, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Analyze tender documents, evaluate bid requirements, and develop tailored responses aligned with client needs.
- Maintain and update bid libraries and reusable content databases.
- Track bid performance, post-submission clarifications, and support contract handover when required.
- Ensure all bids are submitted on time, compliant, and meet both technical and commercial requirements.
