Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Upwork Bidding Specialist. The role entails writing and submitting proposals on Upwork to secure projects for our agency. Daily tasks include creating customized proposals, tracking bid status, coordinating with the internal team to understand project requirements, managing client communications, and negotiating terms and agreements. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that proposals are optimized and tailored to meet the specific needs of each potential client.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in writing and submitting Upwork proposals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as PR, Brand Strategy, Content Creation, and SEO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
