Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in selling complex IT services in the same industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large bids from a pre-sales perspective.
  • Business case-driven pre-sales methodology experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong techno-commercial/business orientation and cost sensitivity.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual with excellent communication and written skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct IT services, including pre-sales efforts, sales, and delivery.
  • Work with the sales team to identify pipeline & plan activities on a weekly basis.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with the delivery heads in identifying the right team, getting the pre-sales & delivery teams to develop the solutions.
  • Conduct primary & secondary research.
