We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative and Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, highlighting potential risks or delays to the project team.
  • Facilitate internal and external project communication, ensuring information flows smoothly between team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
  • Support the preparation of project presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Assist in basic data analysis and reporting related to project performance.
Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain calendars for senior management/project leads, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
