Job Title: Training Specialist

The key objective of this role is to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for newly hired Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they possess a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

In order to achieve this goal, the Trainer will identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions to equip representatives with the necessary skills and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach representatives to enhance performance and knowledge
