About the Role

This position involves working night shifts, interacting with clients to provide support and resolve issues. You will be an advocate for the organization while showcasing knowledge of tools, data, and industries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong financial knowledge or understanding of the global economy.

Key responsibilities include providing client support via phone, email, and other mediums, making suggestions regarding product usability, and partnering with product teams for thorough testing and evaluation.

  • Collaborate with product teams for in-depth testing and assessment.

This role offers opportunities to learn industry knowledge, produce research, and develop technical skills, as you will be part of a truly global team working across various functional areas.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Succinct communication skills and strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong financial knowledge or understanding of the global economy.
