This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in compliance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks will be considered an added advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and analyze complaints with financial implications on a regional basis, taking into account comments from concerned departments to prepare case files.
- Assess Passing Unregistered Gas (PUG) complaints and take necessary actions to resolve them according to standard rules and regulations.
- Analyze gas theft claims cases and obtain relevant documents to ensure compliance with OGRA's approved procedures.
- Analyze evidence required to justify billings and prepare responses for OGRA.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on OGRA.
- Attend hearings regarding Consumer Complaints at OGRA offices along with DGM-RA.
- Support senior management in documenting responses to OGRA-related queries and complaints under complaints resolution regulations procedures.
- Coordinate sensitive and escalated complaints, briefing senior managers where necessary.
- Provide timely status updates to complainants, respondents, and senior management/board as appropriate in ongoing case resolution processes.
- Identify, report, record, and manage key risks in a timely manner.
