Job Title: Assistant Manager Taxation & Corporate Affairs

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Taxation & Corporate Affairs.

  • This role involves ensuring timely compliance of assigned clients with the tax authorities and responding to notices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax and Company Law provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Preparation of appeals to various appellate forums.
  • Analysis and preparation of records for tax audits.
  • Company registration and filing of documents/forms with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/CA finalist or Masters/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience preferably at a reputable firm.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
