Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive software documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical details and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language for diverse audiences, including end-users and internal teams.
  • Develop and update release notes and feature documentation for software updates and new releases.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and structure across all documentation materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelors in Computer Science / Software Engineering or IT related degree from HEC Recognized University.
  • At least 2-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in a Software Development environment.
  • Technical Writer Professional Certification from any renowned institute will be preferred.
