Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our team.

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for sales teams, assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting, and communicate with other departments to timely report product problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, preferably majoring in electricity & electrical engineering, and three years or above relevant working experience in the renewable energy industry.

They will also possess serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance, and excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support and training to distributors and installers, attending industry conferences and events, and participating in various company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service support for sales teams;
  • Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting by telephone or email;
  • Analyze related data and assist to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction;
  • Communicate with other departments and timely report product problems;
  • Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
  • Attend industry conferences and events;
  • Participate in various company initiatives;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in science, preferably majoring in electricity & electrical engineering;
  • Three years or above relevant working experience in the renewable energy industry;
  • Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance;
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit;
