Job Summary:
The Business Development Consultant plays a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales, and fostering relationships with potential clients.
This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, business expansion, and service diversification, with a primary focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client onboarding and service delivery.
The Consultant will work closely with the Country Manager and internal recruitment team to meet the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new clients, expanding the company's client base.
- Presentation of the company's recruitment and other services to potential clients.
- Negotiation of contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring successful business partnerships.
- Achievement of sales and recruitment targets by consistently bringing in new business.
- Service Delivery:
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to onboarded clients.
- Management of relationships with clients post-onboarding to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Presentation of qualified candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Closely working with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- KPI-Driven Performance:
- Meeting or exceeding the KPIs, including revenue generation from client onboarding, successful placements, and service expansion.
- Monitoring progress against KPIs and adjustment of strategies to maximize outcomes.
- Reporting:
- Regular updates and reports on business development activities to the Country Manager.
- Work under the direction of the Country Manager and full compliance with all company directives.
- A proven track record in business development, sales, or client management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to business growth.
- Knowledge of the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred.
