Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Strategic Technology Procurement. The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Software Asset Management and proficiency with SAM tools and license management platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, analyzing software usage patterns, developing and enforcing procurement policies, tracking software assets and licenses, defining goals, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as expertise in vendor negotiation and global collaboration. Additionally, knowledge of SaaS/software compliance and regulatory frameworks is essential.

  • Manage vendor relations, renewals, and licensing issues
  • Analyze software usage patterns and drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and enforce procurement and compliance policies
  • Track and maintain software assets and licenses
  • Define goals, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution
  • Provide stakeholder updates and promote best practices
