Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to live full-time on our construction site as an Operations Assistant and support ongoing activities.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably with a background in electrical work. Short courses or certifications in electrical work will be considered a strong plus.

  • Reside full-time on-site to monitor and support ongoing construction activities.
  • Assist in supervising site operations, with a focus on electrical components.
  • Work closely under the guidance of our Senior Civil Engineer.
  • Ensure basic safety protocols are followed.
  • Report progress and issues to senior team members regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support site operations with a focus on electrical components.
  • Collaborate with the senior civil engineer to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and report any issues.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations (mandatory)
  • Background in electrical work (mandatory)

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
