Job Title:

Data Support Assistant

Job Summary:

The role of the Data Support Assistant is to support the Officer in the implementation of the MEAL work plan and contribute to achieving and improving the quality of the program/project.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To support the development and implementation of the MEAL work plan, including data collection and analysis.
  2. To contribute to the improvement of the quality of the program/project through monitoring and evaluation.
  3. To perform data entry into electronic databases as needed.
  4. To assist with the translation of tools and data.
  5. To ensure tools and systems are in place for learning and decision making on the needs of vulnerable groups.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in social sciences or international development.
  2. 1+ years experience of data collection and entry with a humanitarian organization.
  3. Understanding of basic monitoring and evaluation concepts.
  4. Highly computer literate with good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Demonstrated experience with database entry and management.
  6. Experience in mobile data collection tools.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Middle-level English proficiency.
  9. High-level language proficiency (Speaking – Reading – Writing).
