About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximise value from our products/services.
  • Onboarding & Training: Provide comprehensive guidance to customers through onboarding to ensure a seamless experience and drive product adoption.
  • Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell solutions and reduce churn through proactive engagement.
  • Proactive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse usage metrics and feedback to optimise engagement strategies and increase success rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful insights.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using CRMs, customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
