Job Title

A skilled Collections Specialist is sought to join a dynamic team in the Business Consulting and Services industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, preferably in real estate or banking, and possess strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end collections process, reviewing aging reports, coordinating with internal teams, negotiating with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end collections process for all client payments.
  • Review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, CRM) for payment resolutions.
  • Negotiate with clients and handle escalated collection cases.
  • Maintain clear and updated records of all collection activities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • 2-10 years in collections, preferably in real estate or banking (credit collections).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of collections, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Good communication, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
