Global Partner Relationship Manager

The Program Manager - Global ASP Partners plays a pivotal role in the execution of our ASP (Authorized Service Provider) Program. This individual is responsible for managing end-to-end contractor partner relationships, encompassing partner selection, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship and performance management.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, initiative, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management, particularly as it supports a globally distributed team with centralized program governance.

• Partner Selection & Recruitment Support: Assist in identifying and vetting new ASP partners based on standardized selection criteria. Track partner requests, align with business unit leaders, and manage documentation through internal workflows.
• Onboarding & Documentation Management: Coordinate all onboarding steps, including the collection of tax forms, contracts, insurance, and intake forms. Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of partner onboarding checklists.
• Relationship Management & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for partner questions, escalations, and resource coordination. Ensure partners are well-supported and aligned with our goals, including regular check-ins and participation in quarterly business review meetings.
• Performance Management & Compliance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators, SLA compliance, and partner health using dashboards and feedback forms. Flag underperforming partners and support corrective actions.
• Operational Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain and update the centralized ASP partner directory, global partner dashboards, and intake trackers. Provide weekly and monthly reports on partner status, performance, and program gaps.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in program coordination, partner/vendor management, or service delivery support.
• Experience working in a multinational or remote team environment is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). PowerBI.
• Comfortable working with project management tools, centralized databases, and dashboards.
• Prior experience using contract management tools is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and manage up, across, and down effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, comfortable escalating and resolving issues under pressure.

• Experience working with IT services or global field services partners.
• Prior exposure to SLA-driven environments and partner compliance workflows.
• Knowledge of onboarding or contract processes in a corporate or tech services environment.
• Ability to think critically, improve processes, and document procedures.
