Channel Partner Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Network Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth through a robust Affiliate Network. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with real estate agents, channel partners, and dealers to achieve consistent and high-quality sales.
As a Sales Network Manager, you will develop and execute a focused strategy to drive project sales through the Affiliate Network, including identifying, onboarding, training, and managing affiliates to ensure they are equipped and motivated to promote and sell assigned projects effectively.
You will also lead the internal sales team in supporting affiliate-driven business and ensuring seamless execution of deals, while analyzing data to track affiliate effectiveness and making informed decisions to improve overall sales outcomes.
Key requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree, 7-8 years of sales experience, and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in affiliate/channel partner management, preferably in the real estate sector.
You will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels or affiliate networks, as well as strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Additional requirements include ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting business relationships, excellent understanding of real estate sales processes and regional market dynamics, and willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
