This Senior Enterprise Account Manager position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Diligently expand our work into new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services, while originating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Rapidly respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) around specific approved opportunities.
  • Closely manage Service Orders and provide timely status updates to clients for incremental work sold.
  • Regularly collaborate with the commercial director to report on profit and loss and management information for incremental sales.
  • Develop and execute account-based and industry-specific marketing programs, focusing on in-person events, webcasts, email campaigns, and content syndication.
  • Effectively work across business units to align messaging, event format, and goals with content marketing and campaign strategists.
  • Maintain high-level relationships across lines of business to understand business goals, concerns, and priorities within key accounts.
  • Prominently partner with internal teams to create comprehensive account plans, driving long-term customer influence and sales goal achievement.
  • Identify new accounts and foster new opportunities within existing accounts.
