
Fleet Sales Representative

Driving revenue growth is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of sales skills and technical expertise.
As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with fleet managers and drivers. This involves high-volume cold calling, prospecting new leads, and making outbound calls to prospects who have not previously engaged with the company.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate Motive software to prospective customers, understand their pain points, and align those needs with the Motive solution. They will also be able to educate customers about Motive's technology platform and operations, identify areas where the product can add value, and help them get started with the service.
What You'll Do- High volume cold calling and prospecting new business, making outbound calls to qualified prospects.
- Demonstrating Motive software to prospective customers.
- Surveying prospects to understand their pain points and aligning those needs with the Motive solution.
- Educating customers about Motive's technology platform and operations.
- Helping customers get started with Motive and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Providing accurate forecasts for revenue and consistently meeting or exceeding business goals.
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience preferably in B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK).
- Repeated success with a full sales motion, strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and rapidly growing the book over time.
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.
- Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through understanding the customer's business and Motive's solutions.
- History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals.
- Best-in-class communication skills for conveying key value propositions and managing objections.
