
Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and attention. This includes contacting patients prior to their scheduled appointments, interviewing patients over the phone, and entering all patient data into our electronic medical record system.
- Contact patients via telephone prior to their scheduled appointment to confirm details and answer any questions they may have.
- Interview patients over the phone to obtain complete and accurate information, including their medical history and current health status.
- Enter all patient data into our electronic medical record system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Re-schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notification.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
