Customer Service Liaison

A dedicated customer service liaison responsible for acting as a primary point of contact between customers and clients, providing assistance with inquiries, issues, orders, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and requests.
  2. Build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  3. Communicate timely back to customers, track and resolve any issues regarding the service.
  4. Contribute to customer development initiatives.
  5. Ensure a positive customer experience leading to a good quality assurance score.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Matric or above education level.
  2. Excellent command over English with a good accent.
  3. Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability.
  5. Customer-centric attitude.
  6. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
  7. Self-motivated and responsive.
  8. Core i5 processor with at least 8GB of RAM.
