Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Closer at Hawk Notch. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing escrow and deal closures, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the customer service process. The role involves effectively closing deals to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue. The Closer will work closely with the team to align with company goals and maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Closings and Deal Closure
  • Experience with Escrow procedures
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Adaptability and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales will be advantageous
